Do I have to have a weekly subscription?
We are not a subscription service. You can shop as much or as little as you like, although many of our customers find it helpful to have a weekly or fortnightly repeat order.

Holidays
Q. I have booked a holiday can I pause my repeat order?

A. Yes. if you head over to your account and select "Holidays" you can choose the weeks you are away and do not need a delivery.

When can I order a box?
We publish our vegetable box contents at midnight on Saturday and the order deadline is 5 days later on Thursday 11pm.

When can my Vegetable Box be collected?
Please refer to the collection point you selected for address and pick up time. your basket will be processed on Friday for collection on Saturday.

Some Vegetables are listed as Out of Stock?
We do have limits on some of our produce. Ordering early will ensure you get everything you want. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a like priced product.

Can I make swaps to my basket?
You can swap 2 items, or 3 items if you order a Large Vegetable Box.
You can do this once you have added a box to your basket by clicking on the double arrow Icon.

How do I remove an item from my basket?
You can remove an item from your basket by clicking on the pencil and paper icon next to the item you would like to remove.

Can I make my own box?
You are able to customise the Vegetable Box chosen by using the 'Swap' facility, extra items can be added from the 'Vegetable Box Booster' section.

How do I check out?
There is no check out. As long as there is a 'Vegetable Box' or you have met the minimum spend of £15.75.

How do I return my empty Box?
We do not have a collection service but would be grateful for any returned boxes to one of our collection points to help reduce reduce our carbon footprint.
