Pumpkin [Blue Banana]

Very rare! A large pumpkin that keeps it fresh for ages, but is very thin and easily peeled. This is the best of the three 'banana squash' varieties still in existence. Really easy to cook - just slice across it and you get handy rings of squash - easy to deseed and quick to trim off the skin. Very nice in a risotto.
